The research employed the Systematic Literature Review method. Articles were obtained from national and international journals. Researchers chose 15 articles from hundreds of relevant articles in the last 5 years. Then, the researchers analyzed and tabulated the tabular data with the name of the researcher, year of publication, publisher, and research results. The research indicated that Islamic religious education teacher professionalism and competence were strongly supported by efforts to increase the education level, training, and teacher upgrading programs. In addition, teacher quality and professionalism needed to be improved through cluster activity centers, teacher working groups, and the Republic of Indonesia Teachers’ Association. It was also necessary to increase a work ethic based on service. The conclusion and implications of improving human resource competencies are developing students’ abilities. Ultimately, teachers will always be active and require self-regulation to overcome the industrial revolution toward a golden Indonesia in 2045.
Nurdiyanto Nurdiyanto Muhammad Thoriqul Islam Nawa Marjany Maslani Hasbiyallah Copyright (c) 2024 Nurdiyanto Nurdiyanto, Muhammad Thoriqul Islam, Nawa Marjany, Maslani, Hasbiyallah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-07-01 2024-07-01 22 1 10.21154/cendekia.v22i1.8782 Islamic Leadership, Workplace Spirituality, and Innovative Work Behavior on Teachers' Islamic Performance: Mediating Role of OCBIP https://jurnal.iainponorogo.ac.id/index.php/cendekia/article/view/9092
This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, workplace spirituality, and innovative work behavior on teachers' Islamic performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspective (OCBIP) mediation. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with several parties associated with the Academy and through analysis of curriculum-related documents and educational programs. The collected data were thoroughly analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results of the data analysis were compared with findings from related studies to validate the conclusions. After the data processing, then the researchers made the conclusions. This study discerns two primary findings. Firstly, the academy perceives Islamic brotherhood as solidarity within a multicultural milieu, delineated by three fundamental principles: self-regulation, tolerance, and ukhūwah. The academy accentuates immersive experiences while upholding professionalism, ethics, and reverence for diversity, epitomizing its dedication to nurturing a holistic comprehension and implementing multicultural Islamic values among its cadets. Secondly, it embraces the instructional system design (ISD) framework to imbue "meta" Islamic tenets centered on individual mindset.
Imron Mustofa Abd. Hadi Copyright (c) 2024 Imron Mustofa, Abd.
