For this reason, efforts are needed to minimize errors in Indonesian. The aim of the language error analysis that we carried out was to find out several errors in the language rules of short stories in elementary school student worksheets and textbooks, including errors in grammar, spelling, vocabulary, sentence structure and punctuation. Apart from that, this research also aims to provide input to writers on how to use language properly and correctly in accordance with linguistic rules, so that the short story texts in the worksheet and textbooks can be conveyed clearly. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research design, which aims to identify and analyze errors in the analysis of short story language in Student Worksheets (LKS) and textbooks.
