BENTUK, ARGUMEN LARANGAN, DAN UPAYA PENANGGULANGAN KORUPSI DALAM PERSPEKTIF HADIS NABI SAW

Abstract

The fact of the magnitude of corruption in Indonesia prompted all segments of society to make efforts to overcome. One method for preventing and combating corruption is a development of anti-corruption religious discourse. One form of the development of anti-corruption religious discourse is the study of the traditions of the Prophet. Study of the traditions of the Prophet had previously been done by many researchers. This paper aims to explain thematically and contextually the forms of corruption, the arguments underlying the prohibition of corruption, and preventive, detective, and curative control of corruption as referred to in the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. Religious views that are part of the Indonesian nation worldview need to be explored in order to play a greater role in these efforts. This research has been successful in uncovering Islamic dimension associated with the concept of corruption, its prohibition arguments, and its eradication measures in the traditions of the Prophet. However, researchs are still open to see Islam more deeply and widely in order to further strengthen and deepen the explanation.

Kenyataan masih besarnya tindak korupsi di Indonesia mendorong semua pihak untuk melakukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi. Salah satu metode untuk mencegah dan memberantas korupsi adalah pengembangan wacana keagamaan antikorupsi. Salah satu bentuk pengembangan wacana keagamaan antikorupsi adalah kajian-kajian di bidang hadis Nabi. Kajian hadis Nabi seperti tersebut sebelumnya telah banyak dilakukan oleh para peneliti. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk korupsi, argumen yang mendasari larangan korupsi, serta upaya preventif, detektif, dan kuratif penanggulangan korupsi sebagaimana disebut dalam hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad saw. secara tematik-kontekstual. Pandangan keagamaan yang menjadi bagian dari pandangan hidup bangsa Indonesia perlu terus digali untuk berperan lebih besar dalam upaya-upaya tersebut. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengungkap dimensi ajaran Islam terkait dengan konsep korupsi, argumen pelarangan, dan upaya pemberantasannya dalam hadis-hadis Nabi saw.. Namun demikian, peneliti melihat masih terbukanya penggalian ajaran Islam secara lebih mendalam dan meluas agar lebih menguatkan dan memperdalam penjelasan.
