<p>InEJ: Indonesian Engagement Journal is a biannual journal that published in June and December by the Institute for Research and Community Services of State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN) Ponorogo. The journal is focus on the result of community services and activities by empowering the society through a participatory approach to reach the sustainable development. UMKM merupakan usaha ekonomi produktif yang dimiliki perorangan atau badan usaha. Warga desa Malitin memiliki beberapan produk olahan yang memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Pelatihan kewirausahaan dilakukan agar dapat membantu meningkatkan kualtas UMKM di Desa Malitin. Dalam pelatihan dipaparkan materi mengenai marketing, manajemen, dan kemitraan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Data yang dibutuhkan didapatkan dari kegiatan survei pemilihan UMKM di Desa Malitin, Kecamatan Karau Kuala. Penilitian ini dilakuakan dengan sosialisasi, praktek dan diskusi. Pelatihan yang telah dilakukan dapat membantu masyarakat untuk lebih bisa memasarkan produk olahan makanan ke luar desa. <p><em>Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan dengan memberikan fasilitasi kepada karang tarunana BG Generations Dusun Bugis Desa Bekare yang telah memiliki program lama yang belum terealisisi yaitu program jimpitan. Pengabdian dengan metode ABCD dapat meyakinkan kembali bahwa BG Generaitons dapat merealisasikan program jimpitan dan dapat menggugah semangat masyarakat untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan dalam pengebdian ini didasarkan pada metode </em><em>penemuan apresiatif (appreciative inquiry) yang terdiri dari </em><em>discovery, dream, design, dan destiny. Inti dari pengabdian ini adalah mendesain untuk merealisasikan program jimpitan, maka dilakukanlah kegiatan sosialisasi yang memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat terkait pentingnya program jimpitan dan memberikan pendampingan atau fasilitasi dengan berpartisipasi dalam penyusunan pengelola, pengumpulan dan pemasangan kaleng sebagai sarana pengumpulan dana jimpitan dan mendampingi menyiapkan pembukuan. Respon masyarakat sangat positif terhadap program jimpitan.</em></p> <p><em>This community service program aims to empower by providing facilitation to the BG Generations, which has an old program that has not been realized, namely the jimpitan program. The service with the ABCD method can reassure that BG Generaitons can realize the jimpitan program and can inspire the community to support these activities. This devotion activity is based on the appreciative inquiry method which consists of discovery, dream, design, and destiny. The essence of this service is to design to realize the jimpitan program, then socialization activities are carried out that provide knowledge to the community regarding the importance of the jimpitan program and provide assistance or facilitation by participating in the arrangement of managers, collecting and installing cans as a means of collecting funds and assisting in preparing bookkeeping. <p><em>Pendampingan Penyusunan Karya Tulis Ilmiah PTK bagi Guru di MTsN 4 Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten merupakan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan sebagai wujud upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru pada Kelompok Kerja Madrasah (KKM) dalam menyusun karya tulis ilmiah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam memecahkan masalah melalui pendekatan penelitian terbilang kurang. Penguasaan yang baik dalam melaksanakan PTK akan berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran di kelas serta hasil belajar peserta didik yang maksimal. Program PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Participation Action Research (PAR). Program ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pendampingan terhadap guru KKM di MTsN 4 Kabupaten Serang dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah PTK melalui kegiatan workshop. Dalam pelaksanaannya, guru tampak antusis mengikuti pendampingan dan mereka mampu untuk melakukan analisa persoalan yang terjadi di dalam pembelajaran serta mampu menyusun judul dan proposal PKM dengan baik. Hal yang perlu untuk mendapatkan perhatian ialah adanya keterbatasan sumber daya untuk dapat mengakomodir lebih banyak guru yang terlibat dalam program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini. <p><em>Aquaponics can be an innovative alternative in fulfilling nutrition for stunted toddlers. The aquaponics system simultaneously integrates fish farming and plant growth, producing nutrient-rich agricultural products and providing fish protein. This community service activity aims to meet the nutritional intake of toddlers indicated to be stunted in Bangsri Village, Purwantoro District, Wonogiri Regency while supporting the efforts of the Wonogiri Regency Government to realize the 2024 Zero Stunting program. The service method chosen is asset-based community development (ABCD), which consists of inculturation, discovery, design, definition, and reflection activities. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that stunting is not a representation of poverty. Stunted toddlers also exist in well-off families. From the education, facilitation, and assistance of aquaponics in families with stunted toddlers for 30 days, healthy and pesticide-free catfish and water spinach vegetables can be harvested as a source of nutrition and animal protein for stunted toddlers. <p><em>Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan santri terkait konsep santripreneur dan kewirausahaan, serta memahami proses pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan hantaran pernikahan di Pondok Pesantren Putri Al-Amin Hudatul Muna, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), yang berfokus pada pengembangan potensi komunitas. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman santri mengenai santripreneur dan kewirausahaan, mencapai 83% setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Seluruh peserta juga berhasil membuat dan mempersiapkan pernak-pernik hantaran secara mandiri. Pengabdian ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membangun kepercayaan diri santri dalam bidang kewirausahaan.
