Focus and Scope
Journal of Journal of Islamic Economics (JoIE) is open access, peer-reviewed journal whose objectives is to publish original research papers related to the Indonesian and international economy, economics policies and business issues This journal is also dedicated to disseminating the published articles freely for international academicians, researchers, practitioners, regulators, and public societies. The journal welcomes author from any institutional backgrounds and accepts rigorous empirical research paper with any methods or approach that is relevant to the Indonesian economy and business context or content, as long as the research fits one of four salient disciplines: economics, business, management, finance or accounting, whether in Islamic or conventional perspective. The JoIE is a nationally accredited by the Directorate General for Research Strengthening and Development, the Ministry of Research and Technology for Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia (Decree No. 30/E/KPT/2018).

Peer Review Process
The journal utilizes a double-blind review process. All manuscripts will initially be pre-reviewed by the editors for the requirements and suitability for the journal, before being sent to a minimum of two independent peer reviewers. Comments and recommendations from their viewers help the editor to decide whether or not to publish the articles in our journal. The editor will have the final decision about whether to accept or reject the article. The editor may request the author to revise the article before making the final decision.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
