Analisis Pengembangan Industri Sate Ayam Setono Ponorogo Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Introduction: This study aims to analyze development strategies, constraints, and impacts of the Setono Ponorogo Chicken Satay Industrial Center from an Islamic economic perspective. Methods: This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with six business operators and three government officials, direct observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model with source and method triangulation. Result: Development strategies rely on internal capital rotation, supplier partnerships (ta’awun-based credit), digital platform utilization, and intergenerational skill transfer. Key constraints include limited long-term capital, skilled labor shortages, damaged road infrastructure, and the absence of halal certification. Development impacts include improved product quality, an expanded customer base reaching international markets, and strengthened social capital through communal and religious activities. Conclusion: Industrial development has implicitly reflected Islamic values of al-‘adl, maslahah, shiddiq, amanah, and ta’awun; however, a more conscious integration of Sharia principle especially mudharabah/musyarakah
