Home Industry Batu Bata Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Di Desa Sukomangu

Abstract

The role of home industry is very important, therefore it is the largest part of various sectors of economic activity, especially society, especially welfare from an Islamic economic perspective. The problem in this research refers to the welfare of the people of Sukomangu Village, consisting of 840 families, of which 371 families are still considered pre-prosperous, not yet prosperous, as evidenced by their relatively small income, which is sufficient to meet their daily needs. This research aims to analyze the role, success factors and failure factors, as well as analyze the efforts of the brick home industry to improve the welfare of the people of Sukomangu Village from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of field research, data collection techniques by means of interview observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the brick home industry in its role improves the welfare of the community from an Islamic economic perspective in Sukomangu Village, namely that it can absorb labor, increase income, realize education, fulfill several indicators of community welfare from an Islamic economic perspective, including in terms of monotheism, fulfillment of consumption, and gain a sense of security and peace in their lives. However, the process of improving community welfare will definitely be accompanied by success factors and failure factors, success factors in natural resources, marketing and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the failure factors are weather, capital, combustion process and marketing. However, in the process of improving community welfare, several efforts are being made, namely efforts to improve product quality, increase market reach, increase capital, and maximize natural resources.
