As a discourse that interests Muslim scholars, the concept of the soul has experienced ups and downs and passed through various endless debates. Ibn Sinā as one of the Muslim philosophers concerned with the soul managed to develop a good conception of the soul that received extraordinary attention and appreciation from Muslim philosophers after him, such as al-Ghazāli, Fakhruddin al-Rāzi, Ibn Rushd, and Western scholars. Using an exploratory, descriptive, and analytical approach, this article argues that the soul is a spiritual substance that inspires the body so that it lives, which then becomes a tool for acquiring knowledge and divine (theological) knowledge. The practice of teaching Islamic education, thus, cannot be separated from the touch of Ibn Sinā's soul element. For Sinā, Islamic education must reconsider psychological aspects to develop students' potential naturally to become perfect human beings (<em>insan kamil</em>).</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Artikel ini, secara kritis, mengeksplorasi bagaimana substansiasi nilai kejiwaan dalam Pendidikan Islam menggunakan perspektif Ibn Sinā. Sebagai suatu diskursus yang menyita atensi ilmuwan Muslim, konsep kejiwaan berkembang sedemikian rupa serta membuka ruang dialektika yang beragam. Ibn Sinā, satu dari sekian filsuf Muslim yang <em>concern</em> terhadap kejiwaan, telah berhasil mengembangkan konsepsi kejiwaan dengan sangat baik sehingga mendapat atensi dan apresiasi yang luar biasa dari kalangan filsuf muslim setelahnya, seperti al-Ghazāli, Fakhruddin al-Rāzi, Ibn Rushd, dan sarjana Barat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan eksploratif, deskriptis, dan analitis, artikel ini berpendapat jiwa merupakan substansi ruhani yang mengilhami jasad sehingga ia hidup dan menjadi piranti untuk memperoleh ilmu dan pengetahuan ketuhanan (teologis). Praktik pendidikan Islam, dalam hal ini, tidak terlepas dari sentuhan unsur kejiwaan Ibn Sinā. Unlike wirid in general, which takes the form of sholawat, istighfar, and dhikr, wirid eleven verses consists of certain parts of the Qur'anic verses with several affixes of Allah, Insyallah, al-hamdulillah, and Allahu Akbar. Wirid eleven verses is taught through oral tradition, therefore this research was conducted to trace the verses used as wirid and then make it a text. This research will discuss how the historicity of wirid eleven verses reached the Muhammadiyah community in Sidoharjo village whose implementation of Sufism is different from traditionalist Islamic groups and the purpose of reading wirid eleven verses for its practitioners and how it affects the Muhammadiyah community in general. This research is field research with the main data in the form of interviews, the approach used in the research is a philosophical historical approach. Wirid eleven verses was spread by Haji Widarso Widarsono. This Wirid has two purposes, implied purpose and explicit purpose. The implicit purpose of this wirid is as a tool or knowledge (panginjen) of Allah's knowledge and a form of taqarrub ilaa Allah. While the explicit purpose of wirid is manifested in the aspects of education for the elderly, Islamic propagation, strengthening tawhid, and as a representation of the implementation of accommodative Muhammadiyah Sufism. Wirid eleven verses is proof that purification groups do not always idolise wirid practices, but actively take part by modifying them without eliminating the ideology they believe in, while wirid eleven verses, are verses chosen as the essence of the Qur'an which is loved by Allah.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tulisan ini berangkat dari ketertarikan penulis terhadap adanya praktik pembacaan wirid secara kolektif oleh kelompok Islam modernis Muhammadiyah. Tidak seperti wirid pada umumnya, yang berbentuk sholawat, istighfar, dan dzikir, wirid sebelas ayat<em> </em>terdiri dari bagian bagian tertentu dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dengan beberapa imbuhan <em>Allah, Insyallah, al-hamdulillah</em>, dan <em>Allahu Akbar</em>. Wirid sebelas ayat diajarkan melalui <em>oral tradition, </em>oleh itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menelusuri ayat-ayat yang digunakan sebagai wirid lalu menjadikannya sebuah teks. penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana historisitas wirid sebelas ayat hingga sampai di masyarakat Muhammadiyah di desa Sidoharjo yang implementasi tasawufnya berbeda dengan kelompok Islam tardisionalis dan tujuan pembacaan wirid sebelas ayat bagi pengamalnya serta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap masyarakat Muhammadiyah secara umum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan data utama berupa wawancara, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan historis filosofis. Wirid sebelas ayat disebarkan oleh Haji Widarso Widarsono. Wirid ini memiliki dua maksud, maksud tersirat dan maksud tersurat. Maksud tersirat wirid ini ialah sebagai alat atau ilmu (<em>panginjen)</em> ilmu Allah dan bentuk <em>taqarrub ilā Allah</em>. Sedangkan maksud tersurat wirid diwujudkan pada aspek pendidikan kaum lansia, syiar Islam, penguatan tauhid, dan sebagai representasi implementasi tasawuf Muhammadiyah yang akomodatif. This paper will examine and analyze how far KHES is able to accommodate the position of persons with disabilities as legal subjects, especially when carrying out transactions at financial institutions. This research is a literature with a qualitative descriptive method with a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the status of ability to accept the law (<em>ahliyah al-wujub</em>), persons with disabilities are considered perfect people and there are no obstacles to receiving legal rights. However, to be competent to act legally (<em>ahliyah al-ada'</em>), the position of persons with disabilities must be adjusted to their ability to act legally. KHES has covered legal subjects, legal prowess and guardianship. However, it has not fully accommodated the legal provisions of the diversity of barriers for persons with disabilities. Article 4 KHES has explained that people who are incapable of carrying out legal actions are entitled to guardianship, in this case accommodating persons with disabilities with severe disabilities, and persons with mental and intellectual disabilities. In addition, Article 10 KHES also explains that guardianship permission can be stated in writing or orally. Article 12 KHES also explains the guardian's power as it comes into effect since the court's decision acquires permanent legal force. And in Article 13 KHES it is explained that the guardian is obliged to guarantee, protect the muwalla and his rights until he is capable of carrying out legal actions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Kedudukan penyandang disabilitas sebagai subjek hukum, saat ini masih menjadi pro kontra dikarenakan adanya hambatan yang dianggap sebagai penghalang cakap hukum. Tulisan ini akan mengkaji dan menganalisis seberapa jauh KHES mampu mengakomodir kedudukan penyandang disabilitas sebagai subjek hukum terutama saat menjalankan transaksional pada lembaga keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakaan kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa status kecakapan menerima hukum (<em>ahliyah al-wujub</em>), penyandang disabilitas termasuk orang yang sempurna dan tidak ada halangan untuk menerima hak hukum. Namun untuk cakap bertindak hukum (<em>ahliyah al-ada’</em>), kedudukan penyandang disabilitas harus disesuaikan dengan kemampuannya untuk bertindak hukum. KHES telah membahas subjek hukum, kecakapan hukum dan perwalian. Namun belum mengakomodir penuh secara ketentuan hukum dari keberagaman hambatan para penyandang disabilitas. Pasal 4 KHES telah menjelaskan bahwa orang yang tidak cakap melakukan perbuatan hukum berhak mendapat pewalian, dalam hal ini mengakomodir penyandang disabilitas dengan hambatan berat, dan penyandang disabilitas mental serta intelektual. Selain itu, pada Pasal 10 KHES juga diterangkan bahwa izin pewalian dapat dinyatakan secara tulisan atau lisan. Pasal 12 KHES juga menjelaskan kekuasaan wali sebagaimana yang mulai berlaku sejak penetapan pengadilan memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap. After the legalization of cryptocurrency as a commodity asset in Indonesia, the government gave birth to a new regulation of the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 68/PMK.03/2022 concerning Value Added Tax and Income Tax on Crypto Asset Trading Transactions with the aim of the same level of playing field (equating the imposition of crypto asset tax with other investment instruments). This policy has caused anxiety for the Muslim community because taxes on crypto assets are a new thing. Islam is a kaffah religion that is never separated from everything, including in the law of imposition of taxes. Such is the tax thought by ulama' Yusuf Qardhawi. The purpose of this study is to find out Yusuf Qardhawi's thoughts regarding the imposition of taxes on crypto assets. This research is a normative legal research using conceptual and statutory approaches. The material in this study is in the form of primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this study are 1) crypto assets are a new commodity called virtual treasures. This asset is equated with digital gold, which is only taxed at the time of buying and selling transactions, 2) PMK Number 68/PMK.03/2022 has explained the imposition of Value Added Tax and Income Tax on crypto asset transactions. Crypto assets can be said to be trading assets that have profits. This crypto asset can be used as an object of wealth tax and income tax in accordance with Yusuf Qardhawi's tax concept. Thus, the imposition of taxes in PMK Number 68/PMK.03/2022 is theoretically valid for Yusuf Qardhawi to apply.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Cryptocurrency </em>merupakan salah satu jenis mata uang digital yang dilarang oleh Bank Indonesia untuk dipergunakan sebagai alat tukar karena tidak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2011 tentang mata uang. Setelah dilegalkannya <em>cryptocurrency </em>sebagai aset komoditi di Indonesia, pemerintah melahirkan peraturan baru Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 68/PMK.03/2022 tentang Pajak Pertambahan Nilai dan Pajak Penghasilan Atas Transaksi Perdagangan Aset Kripto dengan tujuan untuk <em>same level of playing field </em>(menyamakan pengenaan pajak aset kripto dengan instrumen investasi yang lainnya). Kebijakan ini menimbulkan kegelisahan bagi masyarakat muslim karena pajak atas aset kripto<em> </em>ini merupakan hal yang baru. Islam merupakan agama <em>kaffah </em>yang<em> </em>tidak pernah terlepas dari segala sesuatu, termasuk dalam hukum pengenaan pajaknya. Seperti halnya pemikiran pajak oleh ulama’ Yusuf Qardhawi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemikiran Yusuf Qardhawi mengenai pengenaan pajak atas aset kripto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan. Bahan dalam penelitian ini berupa bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) aset kripto merupakan komoditi baru yang disebut dengan harta virtual. Aset ini disamakan dengan emas digital, yang mana hanya dikenai pajak pada saat transaksi jual beli saja, 2) PMK Nomor 68/PMK.03/2022 telah menjelaskan adanya pengenaan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai dan Pajak Penghasilan atas transaksi aset kripto. Aset kripto dapat dikatakan sebagai harta perdagangan yang memiliki keuntungan. Aset kripto ini dapat dijadikan objek pajak kekayaan dan pajak pendapatan sesuai dengan konsep pajak Yusuf Qardhawi. Among the causes is that the curriculum in higher education is more oriented towards achieving academic achievement. This research aims to explain the management of intracampus student organization activity programs in developing students' multiple intelligences abilities and measure the success of intracampus organizations in developing students' multiple intelligences abilities at IAIN Ponorogo. The research method uses a phenomenological approach and the type of research is qualitative. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research include: first, management of the multiple intelligences capability improvement program through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. Program planning is carried out at the beginning of the year through work meetings taking into account the results of the previous period's activity evaluation. Organization is carried out by delegating tasks and responsibilities to each division to prepare and carry out UKM activity programs in developing students' multiple intelligences. At the program implementation stage, the chairman moves the field coordinator, then down to the management and down to the members. Program supervision is carried out by the head of UKM and the supervisor of each UKM to ensure that all program activities run according to plan. Second, the UKMs that succeeded in achieving 85% of their members' activity were UKM Self-Defense and UKM Mapala Post. Then those who succeeded in changing the abilities of their members by 80% included UKM PSRM, UKM SEIYA, UKM UKI, UKM Martial Arts, UKM Sports, UKM LPM Al-Millah, and UKM KSR. Meanwhile, those who managed to get achievements in the competition for approximately three years were all UKM except UKM LPM Al-Millah, UKM Kopma, and UKM Bahasa.</p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p>Penelitian ini berangkat dari problem empiris bahwa lulusan sarjana menyumbang jumlah pengangguran yang tinggi di Indonesia. Diantara penyebabnya yaitu kurikulum di perguruan tinggi lebih berorientasi dalam pencapaian prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan program kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan intrakampus dalam mengembangkan kemampuan multiple intelligences mahasiswa dan mengukur keberhasilan organisasi intrakampus dalam mengembangkan kemampuan multiple intelligences mahasiswa di IAIN Ponorogo. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dan jenis penilitiannya kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya: pertama, pengeloaan program peningkatan kemampuan multiple intelligences melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Perencanaan program dilakukan di awal tahun melalui rapat kerja dengan mempertimbangkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan periode sebelumnya. Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan mendelegasikan tugas dan tanggung jawab kepada setiap devisi untuk menyusun dan menjalankan program kegiatan UKM dalam pengembangan multiple intelligences mahasiswa. Pada tahap pelaksanaan program, ketua menggerakkan koordinator bidang, kemudian turun ke pengurus dan turun sampai ke anggota. Pengawasan program dilakukan oleh ketua UKM dan pembina setiap UKM untuk memastikan semua program kegiatan berjalan sesuai perencanaan. Kedua, UKM yang berhasil mencapai 85% menjaga keaktifan anggotanya adalah UKM Bela Diri dan UKM Mapala Pasca. Kemudian yang berhasil mengubah kemampuan anggotanya sebesar 80% diantaranya adalah UKM PSRM, UKM SEIYA, UKM UKI, UKM Bela Diri, UKM Olahraga, UKM LPM Al-Millah, dan UKM KSR. Sedangkan yang berhasil mendapatkan prestasi dalam kompetisi perlombaan selama kurang lebih tiga ini adalah semua UKM kecuali UKM LPM Al-Millah, UKM Kopma, dan UKM Bahasa. This research focused on two things: how to implement conflict management through syawir forum in PPTQ Al-Hasan Ponorogo and learning concept based on the problem related to some programs that were created by syawir forum. This research was conducted using qualitative research method in the form of case study approach through observation, interview, and documentation as the data collection method. This research was also conducted using structured interview technique and snowball sampling to collect the data resources and determine informant resources. The result of this research showed that conflict management could be implemented in a pesantren through syawir forum and a learning place for santri to comprehend and analyze conflicts in daily life when it comes to society. A conflict management that was implemented could create pesantren programs divided into internal programs and external programs as preventive and solution in pesantren to cope with existing conflicts.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p>Pondok Pesantren Tachfidzul Qur’an Al-Hasan Ponorogo, Jawa Timur, menjadikan forum <em>syawir</em> sebagai wadah kegiatan manajemen konflik sekaligus kegiatan pembelajaran bagi santri dengan metode <em>problem based learning</em>. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua hal; bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen konflik melalui forum syawir di Pondok Pesantren al-Hasan Ponorogo dan konsep pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan program-program yang dihasilkan pada forum <em>syawir</em>. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif berupa pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur dan snowball sampling dalam menggali sumber data dan menentukan sumber informan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan manajemen konflik dapat dilakukan dalam sebuah pesantren melalui forum <em>syawir</em> sekaligus dapat menjadi wadah pembelajaran bagi santri untuk memahami dan menganalisis konflik di kehidupan nyata saat terjun di masyarakat. Manajemen konflik yang dilakukan menghasilkan program-program pesantren yang dibagi menjadi program internal dan program eksternal sebagai upaya preventif dan solutif pesantren dalam menghadapi adanya konflik. The community as a party in direct contact should also play an active role in helping Islamic boarding schools become communities and institutions that are responsive to environmental sustainability so that all parties can realize Islam's vision, rahmatan lil'alamin. This qualitative research with a literature study approach and using descriptive analysis methods aims to analyze the efforts that can be made by Islamic boarding schools in protecting and preserving the environment and describe the role of government institutions and community organizations in supporting the Green Pesantren program. Data are obtained from laws and regulations, books, previous research results, and other sources relevant to the research purpose. The results showed that efforts to realize the Green Islamic boarding school governance regulations are: 1) management of organic and inorganic waste into goods of economic value<strong>, </strong>2) conversion of wastewater into useful resources, 3) the use of energy-efficient green architecture-based construction, 4) saving water and electricity resources in the daily operationalization of Islamic boarding schools, and 5) efforts for renewable alternative energy as an energy source in future. The role of the community in supporting the Green Pesantren program includes 1) the Nahdlatul Ulama Alms Infak Zakat Institute (LAZISNU), Rabithah Ma'ahid Islamiyah (RMI NU), the Disaster Management and Climate Change Institute (LPBI NU), and Bank Mega Syariah which initiated seven Islamic boarding schools as pilot projects for the Green Pesantren program, 2) the issuance of a fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council Number 41 of 2014 concerning Waste Management to Prevent Environmental Damage. The results of this study are expected to be policy recommendations for the Ministry of Religious Affairs and related stakeholders to issue regulations related to the Green Pesantren program.</em></p><h1>Abstrak</h1><p>Indonesia sebagai negara dengan jumlah pesantren terbanyak di dunia tentunya dihuni santri yang kesemuanya tentu menjalankan aktivitas yang terkait erat dengan sumber daya alam dan berdampak pada lingkungan. Masyarakat sebagai pihak yang bersinggungan langsung seyogyanya juga berperan aktif membantu pondok pesantren menjadi komunitas dan lembaga yang responsif pada kelestarian lingkungan sehingga semua pihak dapat mewujudkan visi Islam yang <em>rahmatan lil’alamin</em>. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dan menggunakan metode analisis deskripstif ini bertujuan menganalisis upaya yang dapat dilakukan pondok pesantren dalam menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan serta mendeskripsikan peran lembaga pemerintah dan organisasi masyarakat untuk mendukung program Pesantren Hijau. Data diperoleh dari peraturan perundangan, buku, hasil riset terdahulu dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya untuk mewujudkan regulasi tata kelola Pesantren Hijau adalah: 1) pengelolaan sampah organik dan anorganik menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis<strong>,</strong> 2) konversi air limbah menjadi sumber daya yang bermanfaat<strong>, </strong>3) penggunaan kontruksi berbasis arsitektur hijau yang hemat energi, 4) penghematan sumber daya air dan listrik dalam operasionalisasi pesantren sehari-hari, dan 5 pengupayaan energi alternatif terbarukan sebagai sumber energi di masa depan. Peran masyarakat dalam mendukung program Pesantren Hijau diantaranya, 1) Lembaga Zakat Infak Sedekah Nahdlatul Ulama (LAZISNU), <em>Rabithah Ma’ahid Islamiyah</em> (RMI NU), Lembaga Penanggulangan Bencana dan Perubahan Iklim (LPBI NU), dan Bank Mega Syariah yang menginisasi tujuh pesantren sebagai <em>pilot project</em> program Pesantren Hijau, 2) terbitnya fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah untuk Mencegah Kerusakan Lingkungan. National income is influenced by several factors, namely aggregate demand and supply, investment, consumption, and savings. In order to increase the national income of a country, new instruments are needed in the economic system. The <em>Final spending </em>Monzer Kahf concept offers a new policy that connects factors that affect national income with zakat, infaq, and shadaqah instruments. This study aims to link the concept of Monzer Kahf's <em>final spending </em>with an increase in state income. This type of research is Library Research, where the data sources are taken from books, journal articles, and other documentation. While the method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are that the concept of <em>final spending </em>by Monzer Kahf is the final expenditure for a Muslim consumer, spending on needs that are in accordance with <em>maslahah </em> and the obligation to pay zakat-infaq for <em>mustahik</em> zakat. Because with zakat, public consumption will increase, this is because the <em>muzakki</em> will help the needy and poor in meeting their needs, so that it will affect supply and demand, which will also increase national income in a country.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p>Tolak ukur peningkatan perekonomian suatu negara ditentukan oleh jumlah pendapatan nasional yang dihasilkan dari berbagai sektor. Pendapatan nasional dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu permintaan dan penawaran <em>agregate</em>, investasi, konsumsi, dan tabungan. Guna meningkatkan pendapatan nasional sebuah negara, maka diperlukan instrumen baru dalam sistem perekonomian. Konsep <em>Final spending </em>Monzer Kahf menawarkan kebijakan baru yang menghubungkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan nasional dengan instrumen zakat, infak, dan shadaqah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghubungkan kosep <em>final spending </em>Monzer Kahf dengan peningkatan pendapatan negara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah <em>Library Research,</em> dimana sumber data yang diambil dari buku, artikel jurnal, dan dokumentasi yang lainnya. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode disktiptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa konsep <em>final spending </em>Monzer Kahf adalah pembelanjaan akhir bagi seorang konsumen Muslim, pembelanjaan kebutuhan yang sesuai dengan <em>maslahah </em> dan kewajiban membayar zakat-infak bagi para <em>mustahik</em> zakat. Karena dengan adanya zakat, konsumsi masyarakat akan meningkat, hal ini disebabkan oleh para <em>muzakki</em> akan membantu fakir dan miskin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan, sehingga hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi permintaan dan penawaran, yang sekaligus akan menambah pendapatan nasional dalam suatu negara. This aims to address the social gap in law enforcement in Indonesia which is characterized by the increasing number of law violations due to a lack of firmness in law enforcement itself. This research is library research, namely library research, because all primary data is written data, especially those related to the Prophet's hadith about law and justice and their interpretation in the context of upholding the supremacy of law in Indonesia. The main sources are hadith books which are also featured in other cases relevant to the research. The results of this research indicate that the Prophet's hadith regarding law and justice can be implemented in the context of law enforcement in Indonesia because law enforcement during the time of the Prophet as described in the Prophet's hadith contained the principles of justice in society. When a crime is committed by a lawbreaker, the law can treat it as fairly as possible. <strong></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p>Artikel ini ingin menjelaskan tafsir hadis hukum dan keadilan serta implementasinya sebagai alternatif solusi tegaknya supremasi hukum di Indonesia. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kesenjangan sosial dalam penegakan hukum di Indonesia yang ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya pelanggaran hukum akibat kurangnya ketegasan dalam penegakan hukum itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yaitu penelitian kepustakaan, karena seluruh data primernya merupakan data tertulis, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan hadis Nabi tentang hukum dan keadilan serta penafsirannya dalam rangka penegakan supremasi hukum di Indonesia. Sumber utamanya adalah kitab-kitab hadis yang juga ditampilkan dalam kasus-kasus lain yang relevan dengan penelitian. Students until do upgrading activities for the coaches Forincrease performance.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p>Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu pesantren tahfidz qur’an setingkat SMP yang ada di kota makassar, pesantren ini telah meluluskan berbagai alumninya telah melanjutkan studi di dalam hingga di luar negeri, hal yang menarik yang menjadi tujuan peneleliti adalah bagaimana pesantren melakukan pelaksaan manajemen pada program tahfidz di pesantren serta bagaimana langkah pesantren agar santri dapat mencapai target-target hafalan melalui perencanaan hingga tahap evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsifungsi manajemen pada program tahfidzul Qur’an di Madrasah Tahfidz Qur’an Markaz Imam Malik Makassar. (2) Untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada program tahfidzul Qur’an di Madrasah Tahfidz Qur’an Markaz Imam Malik Makassar. (3) Untuk mengetahui apa saja solusi dari hambatan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada program tahfidzul Qur’an di Madrasah Tahfidz Qur’an Markaz Imam Malik Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini terkait Penerapan Fungsi-Fungsi Manajemen Pada Program Tahfidzul Qur’an Di Madrasah Tahfidzul Qur’an Markaz Imam Malik Makassar yakni: Pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen pada program tahfidz di markaz imam malik telah berjalan dari 6 aspek yaitu pada fungsi (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pengorganisasian, (3) Pelaksanaan), (4) Pengawasan, (5) Kepemimpinan, (6) Pengevaluasian. Namun Ada beberapa hambatan yang muncul di tengah berjalannya pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen di atas, seperti beberapa santri banyak santri yang belum lancar, pembina yang kurang berkoordinasi hingga orang tua santri yang kurang kooperatif. Solusi yang diberikan oleh kepala madrasah ialah dengan memperbanyak dan meningkatkan kounikasi kepada orang tua santri hingga melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan upgrading pada para pembina untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
