Pengelolaan tacit knowledge dan explicit knowledge bukanlah sesuatu kegiatan yang baru bagi pustakawan perguruan tinggi. Dua tipe pengetahun ini senantiasa dikelola oleh pustakawan, dan pustakawan menjadi gerbangnya ilmuĀ pengetahuan. UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta merupakan salah satu PTAIN (Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri) terbesar di Indonesia dan memiliki 12 Fakultas dan 1 Pasca Saraja, sudah seharusnya memiliki program tetap dalam mengelola tacit knowledge dan explicit knowledge.
Abstract
The management of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is not a new activity for librarian in university. This two type of knowledge is usually managed by librarian and the librarian becomes the gate of knowledge. State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is one of the biggest State Islamic University in Indonesia and it has 12 faculties and 1 Post Graduate should have fix program in handing tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge
