Analisis Penggunaan Google Drive dalam Manajemen Informasi di Kantor Villa

Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of Google Drive in information management at the villa office. In this study, a survey research method was used with a quantitative approach to see user satisfaction in using Google Drive with the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The study population used all office members at one of the villa managers in Bali, totaling 34 people and was then said to be a saturated sample. In testing the data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, testing the hypothesis using the F test and t test. The research results show that three of the five independent variables influence user satisfaction, including accuracy, ease of use and timeliness with a satisfaction level above 80%. Users prefer and accept applications that are easy to use with accuracy and timeliness in accessing Google Drive.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Google Drive dalam manajemen informasi di kantor villa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk melihat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan Google Drive dengan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Populasi penelitian menggunakan seluruh anggota kantor di salah satu pengelola villa di Bali yang berjumlah 34 orang dan selanjutnya dikatakan sebagai sampel jenuh. Uji analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, tiga dari lima variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna diantaranya variabel accuracy/akurasi, ease of use/kemudahan penggunaan dan timeliness/ketepatan waktu dengan tingkat kepuasan diatas 80%. Pengguna lebih memilih dan menerima aplikasi yang mudah digunakan dengan keakuratan dan ketepatan waktu dalam mengakses Google Drive.
