This study aims to analyze the implications of Islamic educational values in challenging patriarchal culture among Gen-Z teachers at SDIT An-Nurriyah Sekayu. Deeply rooted patriarchal culture often leads to gender inequality, despite Islam's emphasis on the principles of justice and equality. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that Gen-Z teachers have a critical understanding of patriarchy and believe that inequality is more influenced by social construction than Islamic teachings. Internalized values include monotheism, justice ('adl), equality (musawah), respect for human dignity, and the obligation to seek knowledge for both men and women. These implications are seen in inclusive learning, the elimination of gender stereotypes, and the instilling of mutual respect. Contextually implemented Islamic education plays a strategic role in building critical awareness and dismantling patriarchal culture in the school environment.
