Abstrak

 

Job analysis is the process of studying and collecting information about the position, responsibilities of a particular job and studying it in depth. The existence of job analysis can facilitate the recruitment process and become part of human resource planning. The object of this research is the UMKM Rania Cake.
The purpose of this research is to find out how to carry out job analysis at the UMKM Rania Cake from an Islamic perspective and what techniques are effective to apply in collecting job analysis information at the UMKM Rania Cake. Furthermore, this research uses a qualitative and field research approach, data and sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research conclude that the stages in job analysis in employee management at Rania Cake MSMEs from an Islamic perspective start from job identification, techniques for collecting information have been carried out according to theory. Even though it is not yet complete, it is felt that the questionnaire technique has not been effective in this company.
