Kebijakan Open Access Repositori Institusi di Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi: Kajian Best Practice Studi Literature

Abstrak
Kebijakan open access repositori institusi di perpustakaan perguruan tinggi menjadi acuan atau pedoman atas keterbukaan akses yang dijalankan. Semangat keterbukaan akses juga harus didukung dengan kebijakan yang jelas mengenai informasi yang tersedia, pelestarian konten serta hak cipta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebijakan keterbukaan akses pada repositori institusi serta peluang dan tantangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Kebijakan keterbukaan akses belum dimiliki oleh sebagian besar perpustakaan perguruan tinggi secara formal. Utamanya kebijakan preservasi konten dan kebijakan hak cipta. Sedangkan peluang keterbukaan akses adalah dapat meningkatkan keterpakaian publikasi ilmiah dan tantangannya berupa sumber daya serta komitmen dari seluruh sivitas akademika untuk berkontribusi.
