Editorial Policies
The editorial process at English Language Teaching, Applied Linguistics, and Literature (ELTALL) Journal involves distinct yet collaborative roles between the Reviewers, Associate Editors (AE), and the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) to ensure the scholarly quality, ethical standards, and integrity of its publications.
1. Reviewer
Reviewers are experienced scholars in the fields of English language teaching, applied linguistics, and literature, selected based on their academic qualifications, publication records, and recognized expertise. Their primary role is to critically assess the manuscript’s contribution to the field, research methodology, originality, and clarity.

Reviewers provide constructive, evidence-based feedback to assist authors in improving their manuscripts.

They reassess revised manuscripts (Review Round 2, if applicable) and submit final recommendations to the AE.
2. Associate Editor (AE)
The AE is responsible for coordinating the peer-review process and ensuring compliance with academic and ethical standards.

They conduct the initial screening of manuscripts to evaluate thematic alignment, methodological soundness, and scholarly contribution.

AEs select appropriate reviewers, facilitate communication between reviewers and authors, and verify the adequacy of revisions.

Upon completion of the review process, they recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection to the EIC.
3. Editor-in-Chief (EIC)
The EIC oversees the entire editorial workflow, from initial submission to the final decision.

They conduct an initial thematic and scholarly relevance check.

The EIC appoints AEs and monitors the review process to maintain transparency and quality.

Based on AE reports and reviewer recommendations, the EIC makes the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Licensing Terms
ELTALL: English Language Teaching, Applied Linguistic and Literature have CC-BY-NC or an equivalent license as the optimal license for the publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scholarly work.
