Manajemen Pendidikan Keterampilan (Vocational Skill) Di MAN Kembangsawit

Abstract
Abstract: One part of Life Skill concept is strengthening Vocational skills. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kembangsawit Kebonsari Madiun since 2007 has developed a curriculum with vocational skills as added value. The aims of adding vocational skills is to facilitate learners in order to channel the interests and talents. This article discusses the implementation of vocational skills management in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kembangsawit Kebonsari Madiun. From the study and the data analysis is concluded that: 1) Execution vocational skiil a response to the expectations of people who want learners are not only capable in science but also have the skills for the provision of life skills in the community. 2) Management skills education program in MAN Kembangsawit, consists of three phases: planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Abstrak: Salah satu bagian dari konsep Life Skill adalah penguatan ketrampilan kerja (Vocational skill). Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kembangsawit Kebonsari Madiun sejak 2007 telah mengembangkan kurikulumnya dengan menyelenggarakan program pendidikan keterampilan (vocational skill). Program Keterampilan ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik agar dapat menyalurkan minat dan bakatnya. Artikel ini membahas implementasi manajemen pendidikan kecakapan keterampilan (vocational skill) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kembangsawit Kebonsari Madiun. Dari kajian dan analisis data disimpulkan bahawa: 1) Pelaksanan vocational skiil merupakan jawaban dari harapan masyarakat yang menginginkan peserta didik tidak hanya mampu dalam ilmu pengetahuan tetapi juga memiliki kecakapan ketrampilan untuk bekal kehidupan di masyarakat. 2) Pengelolaan Program pendidikan ketrampilan di MAN Kembangsawit, terdiri dari tiga tahap: Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.
