Peer Review Process

Any manuscripts published by Muslim Heritage always reviewed with double blind review by reviewer/expert editor of Muslim Heritage.

The manuscripts submitted to Muslim Heritage are reviewed by editorial team as initial process. The editorial team will evaluate the feasibility of the content, focus, and methodology of the manuscript. Then, the manuscripts are reviewed by reviewer with double blind review process. The reviewer’s note will be sent back to the author to conform to the journal standards. The revised manuscript decision will be re-evaluated in the editorial board meeting. Then, the final decision in the meeting will be notified to the author.

The editor of Muslim Heritage responsible to decide which manuscripts are published. The decision is always based on the validation and urgency of the manuscript for both the researcher and the reader.  The editors are guided not only by the editorial team’s policy but also the rule of the law like libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The editor can confer with another editor to make decision. Muslim Heritage uses Turnitin to prevent plagiarism
