Authorship Criteria
Qaulan: Journal of Islamic Communication welcomes original scholarly manuscripts from academics, researchers, communication practitioners, and students whose work aligns with the journal's focus and scope.
All authors listed in a manuscript must have made substantial contributions to the research, including its conception or design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, or the development of the manuscript. All authors must participate in drafting or critically revising the manuscript, approve the final version, and agree to be accountable for the integrity and accuracy of the work.
One author must be designated as the corresponding author and will be responsible for communicating with the editorial team throughout the submission, review, and publication processes.
Authors must ensure that their submissions are original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. Manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration by another journal at the same time, except where explicitly permitted by the journal's policies.
All authors must be appropriately credited for their contributions. Any changes to authorship after submission must be communicated to the editorial team, justified, and approved by all authors concerned.
