Pesantren Dan Pendidikan Politik Di Indonesia: Sebuah Reformulasi Kepemimpinan Islam Futuristik
Abstract
Abstract: There is an increasing concern about discussing politics at pesantren (Islamic Boarding School), as if disuccing the politics was uncommonly happened there. This oddity is due to the conception of a person who puts pesantren merely a decontextualised scholarly reproduction of an-sich (from the real world problem or real politics) and not as an agent of change. In fact, pesantren is a replica of life integrating various life skills, including politics. The most interesting finding was that the diverse activities of life in the boarding school had raised the seedling of students’ political sense. The existence of a political school (politics pesantren) becomed an alternative solution and a concrete answer to approach pesantren graduates as well as the potential Islamic youth working in the politics world. Besides, it was obtained through the leadership reformulation at pesantren (boarding school), such as: (1) applying the leadership curriculum and politics into schools curriculum; (2) intensifying leadership training; (3) holding a leadership transplant program; (4) seating qualified pesantren graduates becomes a leader; (5) Mentoring (coaching) youth leader at pesantren to accelerate the realization of the ideal leadership to Islamic version in Indonesia.
الملخص: وهناك قلق متزايد حول السياسة في المدارس الإسلامية الداخلية (مدرسة داخلية إسلامية)، كما لو كانت مناقشة السياسة غير مألوف حدث هناك. هذا غرائب ويرجع ذلك إلى مفهوم الشخص الذي يضع الصعود العلماء مجرد وسيلة سيش استنساخ وهي ليست سياقية (من مشكلة العالم الحقيقية أو السياسة الحقيقية) وليس عاملا من عوامل التغيير. في الواقع، المدارس الإسلامية الداخلية هي نسخة طبق الأصل من حياة دمج المهارات الحياتية المختلفة، بما في ذلك السياسة. وكان هذا الاكتشاف الأكثر إثارة للاهتمام أن أنشطة متنوعة من الحياة في مدرسة داخلية قد أثار الشتلات من الحس السياسي لدى الطلاب. وجود مدرسة سياسية (السياسة المدارس الإسلامية الداخلية) ليكون حلا بديلا وإجابة محددة لنهج خريجي المدارس الإسلامية الداخلية وكذلك للشباب الاسلامي المحتملين الذين يعملون في السياسة العالمية. الى جانب ذلك، تم الحصول عليها من خلال إعادة صياغة القيادة في المدارس الإسلامية الداخلية (مدرسة داخلية)، مثل: (1) تطبيق منهج القيادة والسياسة في مناهج المدارس. (2) تكثيف التدريب على القيادة. (3) عقد برنامج زراعة القيادة؛ (4) الجلوس خريجي المدارس الإسلامية الداخلية المؤهلين يصبح قائدا. (5) التوجيه (التدريب) زعيم الشباب في المدارس الداخلية لتسريع تحقيق القيادة المثالية إلى إصدار الإسلامي في إندونيسيا.
Abstrak: Memperbincangkan dunia politik di pesantren, seolah menjadi hal yang tak lazim. Ketidaklaziman ini lebih dikarenakan konsepsi seseorang yang menempatkan pensantren hanya sekadar tempat reproduksi keilmuan an-sich, terpisah dari dunia nyata (real politik), bukan sebagai agen perubahan. Padahal senyatanya tidak demikian, pesantren adalah eplika kehidupan yang memadu pelbagai kecakapan hidup, tak terkecuali kecapan politik. Hasil kajian ini membuktikan bahwa beragam aktifitas kehidupan di pesantren telah mendorong tersemainya sense of politic para santri. Keberadaan sekolah politik (pesantren politik) pun menjadi alternatif solutif, dan jawaban konkrit untuk merangkul alumni pesantren, dan kaum muda Islam yang potensial bergiat di dunia politik. Selain itu, melalui reformulasi kepemimpinan di pesantren, berupa: (1) memasukkan kurikulum kepemimpinan, dan politik ke dalam kurikulum pesantren; (2) mengintensifkan pelatihan kepemimpinan; (3) mengadakan program pencangkokan kepemimpinan; (4) mendudukkan alumni pesantren yang berkualitas (qualified) menjadi pemimpin; (5) pendampingan (coaching) pemimpin muda di pesantren dapat mempercepat terwujudnya kepemimpinan ideal versi Islam di Indonesia.
