All articles are published in full open access at no cost to authors or their institutions. This free policy does not lower our standards: every manuscript undergoes a rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer review process, and only manuscripts that meet the journal’s scope, originality, and quality requirements are accepted for publication. Authors are therefore encouraged to prepare their manuscripts carefully in accordance with the Author Guidelines before submission.
