What is SINTA?
SINTA stands for Science and Technology Index, a scientific journal indexing and ranking system managed by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). SINTA serves as a platform to record and identify accredited national scientific journals, providing information on the quality and reputation of the journals.
SINTA Journal Levels
- Journal Level SINTA 1 with a value ranging from 85 - 100 (Journals with the highest quality).
- Journal Level SINTA 2 with a value ranging from 70 - 85 (Journals with high quality).
- Journal Level SINTA 3 with a value ranging from 60 - 70 (Journals with good quality).
- Journal Level SINTA 4 with a value ranging from 50 - 60 (Journals with moderate quality).
- Journal Level SINTA 5 with a value ranging from 40 - 50 (Journals that are still in the development stage).
- Journal Level SINTA 6 with a value ranging from 30 - 40 (Journals with the lowest accreditation score).
