PENGUATAN VISI MISI MADRASAH MELALUI PELATIHAN IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM MADRASAH RAMAH ANAK DI MAN 2 TULUNGAGUNG

MAN 2 Tulungagung sudah mendeklarasikan diri sebagai Madrasah Ramah Anak melalui SK yang mereka terbitkan di tahun 2023. Deklarasi tersebut merupakan sebuah tindaklanjut atas visi misi mereka yang mengedepankan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif untuk belajar. Namun, modal yang demikian belum dirasa cukup untuk mengimplementasi Sekolah Ramah Anak di lingkungan madrasah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelisik modal yang dimiliki MAN 2 Tulungagung untuk implementasi sekolah ramah anak. Kemudian memberikan deskripsi bagaimana program sosialisasi program ramah anak diadakan di MAN 2 Tulungagung. Penelitian berbasis pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pengabdian Asset Based Community Development dengan mengarusutamakan potensi yang dimiliki oleh MAN 2 Tulungagung kemudian diadakan pengembangan (development). Penelitian ini mengambil kesimpulan bahwa MAN 2 Tulungagung telah mengantongi modal berupa Surat Keputusan Kepala Madrasah, serta sosialisasi SK tersebut kepada seluruh civitas akademika MAN 2 Tulungagung. Sosialisasi Program Ramah anak yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian telah menghasilkan rekomendasi MAN 2 Tulungagung untuk menerbitkan Standard Operasional Prosedure untuk menanggulangi peristiwa yang bertentangan dengan prinsip ramah anak.
