About the Journal
Kodifikasia: Jurnal Penelitian Islam is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Services (LPPM), Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Ageng Muhammad Besari Ponorogo, Indonesia. First published in 2007, the journal serves as a platform for disseminating original research and scholarly contributions that advance Islamic scholarship and deepen the understanding of Islam in contemporary society. The journal is committed to promoting rigorous, innovative, and interdisciplinary research across diverse fields of Islamic studies.
Kodifikasia welcomes scholarly articles covering a broad range of disciplines examined through Islamic perspectives, including Qur’anic and Hadith studies, Islamic thought, Islamic education, Islamic law and Sharia, Islamic economics and finance, Islamic communication and da’wah, Islamic psychology and counseling, as well as the sociology and anthropology of Islam, gender studies, religious moderation, Muslim societies, and contemporary issues related to Islam, science, and technology. Its scope is inclusive and interdisciplinary, welcoming research from diverse academic backgrounds that demonstrates a clear and substantive engagement with Islam, Islamic values, Muslim communities, or Islamic perspectives.
The journal is published twice a year, in June and December, and accepts original manuscripts in Indonesian and English. Kodifikasia holds SINTA 4 accreditation, as stated on its official journal website. Through its commitment to academic rigor, originality, and scholarly integrity, Kodifikasia seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and contribute to the continued development of Islamic research at national and international levels.
