Abstract


Abstract

This study intends to describe comprehensively, constructively, and transparently to all forms of actualization of inclusivism values consumed by the taretan sadere youth group as a manifestation of education in the era of disruption. The purpose of this research is to find a new formula in developing critical thinking, openness, tolerance, togetherness, and other inclusive values to students related to the plurality around them. This study uses a qualitative approach with determining the subject using purposive techniques, participant observation data collection techniques, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis researchers used source triangulation techniques and triangulation techniques according to data analysis techniques Miles, Huberman and Saldana. Based on the findings of this study, the role of the taretan sadere youth is as a mobilizer, facilitator and tutor. The strategy for actualizing the inclusive values of taretan sadere youth uses various variants. Among them are the following, planting an attitude of openness, including: First, a discussion/dialogue approach. Second, the school literacy approach. In the cultivation of tolerance, include: First, uniform perception. Second, the application of the values of harmony, trust and affection towards intra-religious. Third, the application of the value of harmony and the value of freedom between religious communities by holding social and artistic activities. Cultivating a cooperative attitude, including: First, Intra-school cooperation, namely the concept of building brotherhood values, and fostering creativity. Second, Extra-school cooperation, namely concentrating on relationships (togetherness), fostering positive and active values (awareness of sharing and sensitivitysocial).

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif, konstruktif, dan transparannilai-nilai inklusivisme yang diaktualisasikan oleh kelompok pemuda taretan sadere sebagai manifestasi pendidikan di era distrupsi. Adapun tujuandaripenelitianini, untukmenemukan formula barudalammenumbuhkembangkancritical thinking, openness, tolerance, togetherness,sertanilai-nilaiinklusiflainnyakepada siswakhususnya yang terkait dengan pluralitas di sekitarnya.Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan penentuan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive, teknik pengumpulan data observasi partisipan, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkanhasilhasilpenelitian, peran pemuda taretansadereadalahsebagai mobilisator, fasilitator dan tutor.Adapun strategi dalammengaktualisasikannilai-nilaiinklusivisme pemuda taretansaderemenggunakanberbagaimacam pendekatan. Diantaranya, penanaman sikap keterbukaan, meliputi: Pertama, pendekatan diskusi/dialog. Kedua, pendekatan sekolah literasi. Pada penanaman sikap toleransi, meliputi: Pertama,penyeragaman persepsi. Kedua, Penerapan nilai kerukunan, kepercayaan dan kasih sayang terhadap intra agama. Ketiga,  Penerapan nilai kerukunan, dan nilai kebebasan antar umat beragama dengan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan sosial, dan kesenian. Penanaman sikap bekerja sama, meliputi: Pertama, Kerja sama intra sekolah yakni konsep membangun nilai persaudaraan, dan menumbuhkan kreativitas.. Kedua, Kerja sama ekstra sekolah yakni berkonsentrasi pada hubungan (kebersamaan), menumbuhkan nilai-nilai positif dan aktif (kesadaran berbagi dan kepekaan bersosial).
