Copyright Transfer Agreement

Authors submitting manuscripts to ELTALL: English Language Teaching, Applied Linguistics, and Literature Journal acknowledge that, upon acceptance for publication, the author(s) retain the copyright of the article. However, the author(s) grant ELTALL a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and transmit the article in any form or medium, including print, electronic, digital, or other formats, as well as translations and derivative works, with proper acknowledgment of its first publication in this journal.

The granted non-exclusive license allows ELTALL to make the article available to the public while the author(s) remain free to use, disseminate, or republish their work elsewhere, provided that the original publication in ELTALL is duly cited.

The Editorial Board of ELTALL endeavors to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and ethical compliance of all published works. Nevertheless, the responsibility for the content, data accuracy, and opinions expressed in the articles rests solely with the author(s).

Under this license, the author(s) retain the following rights, among others:

  • The right to use their article for teaching, research, and academic purposes;

  • The right to include their article in a thesis, dissertation, or institutional repository;

  • The right to republish the article in books, proceedings, or other scholarly works, with acknowledgment of its first publication in ELTALL;

  • The right to reproduce copies for personal use and institutional needs.
