Copyright and Author Right Policy

Authors publishing in Kodifikasia: Jurnal Penelitian Islam retain copyright of their scholarly work. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to publish the work and that the manuscript does not infringe the copyright or other legal rights of third parties.

Authors grant Kodifikasia the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and disseminate the accepted article in accordance with the journal's publication policies and applicable license terms.

Authors may share and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networks, and other scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication in Kodifikasia is properly acknowledged and the applicable license terms are respected.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials, including figures, tables, photographs, and substantial excerpts, where such permission is required.

The copyright notice and license applicable to each published article will be clearly indicated on the article's webpage and in the published version. Any subsequent reuse of the article must comply with the applicable license and relevant copyright regulations.
