FAKTOR RISIKO PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR: EDUKASI CERAH MELALUI PENDEKATAN PARTISIPATIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT

Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) berkaitan dengan faktor risiko perilaku, termasuk konsumsi gula, garam, dan lemak berlebih, paparan asap rokok, serta rendahnya konsumsi buah dan sayur. Hasil identifikasi awal menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko tersebut masih ditemukan pada masyarakat sasaran, sehingga diperlukan edukasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan setempat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengendalian faktor risiko PTM melalui program Cegah Rokok dan Atur Hidup Sehat (CERAH). Kegiatan diawali dengan community diagnosis dan Musyawarah Masyarakat Dukuh untuk menetapkan prioritas masalah menggunakan metode Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan edukasi interaktif selama 200 menit, pelatihan membaca label pangan, dan permainan “Mitos dan Fakta”. Pengetahuan dievaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest pada 10 peserta. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 94,0 menjadi 97,0, atau bertambah 3,0 poin; sebanyak 3 peserta (30,0%) mengalami peningkatan skor, sedangkan 7 peserta (70,0%) memiliki skor tetap. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan, meskipun perubahan individual terbatas. Kegiatan selanjutnya perlu memperpanjang durasi, memisahkan materi, dan mengukur perubahan perilaku.
