Konsepsi Pembaruan Fiqh Abdullah Ahmad Al-Naim, Khaled Abou El Fadl, dan Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd

Penelitian ini menganalisis konsepsi pembaruan fiqh (tajdīd al-fiqh) yang ditawarkan oleh tiga pemikir kontemporer Abdullah Ahmad al-Na'im, Khaled Abou El Fadl, dan Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd dalam merespons tantangan modernitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkomparasi metodologi dan epistemologi pembaruan fiqh ketiga tokoh tersebut, dengan fokus pada dekonstruksi teks-teks keagamaan, kontekstualisasi hukum Islam, serta integrasi nilai-nilai universal seperti hak asasi manusia (HAM), keadilan gender, dan pluralisme. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat kualitatif melalui analisis kritis terhadap karya-karya primer ketiga pemikir, dikombinasikan dengan studi literatur terkait hermeneutika Al-Qur'an dan ushul fiqh kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-Na'im menekankan pendekatan sosio-historis dengan memisahkan syariah dari negara, Abou El Fadl mengusung etika interpretasi yang berpusat pada keadilan (justice-centered jurisprudence), sementara Abu Zayd membongkar otoritas teks melalui hermeneutika kritis. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan peta epistemologis pembaruan fiqh kontemporer, memperkaya wacana hukum Islam progresif, serta menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan metodologi ijtihad yang responsif terhadap isu-isu kekinian seperti demokrasi, kesetaraan gender, dan multikulturalisme.
