Abstract

Artikel ini membahas transformasi Hukum Islam menuju hukum positif dalam konteks keindonesiaan. Dengan latar belakang keragaman sosial, budaya, dan agama di Indonesia, proses transformasi ini menjadi krusial untuk menciptakan harmonisasi antara norma-norma Islam dan hukum positif yang berlaku. Tujuan utama artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam integrasi Hukum Islam ke dalam sistem hukum nasional, serta untuk mengeksplorasi solusi yang dapat mengoptimalkan penerapan Hukum Islam tanpa mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip hukum positif. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai relevansi Hukum Islam dalam konteks modern, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam menyusun regulasi yang inklusif dan adil.
