Abstract
Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Roudlotul Jannah berada di Dusun Nambang, Desa Wringinanom, Kecamatan Sambit, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Keberadaan TPQ ini memberikan dampak yang baik untuk masyarakat sekitar, di mana dampak positif ini juga dipengaruhi oleh sistem pengajaran yang diterapkan. Menyadari akan banyaknya pendidik dan juga siswa-siswinya, pengabdi berpandangan betapa besar potensi yang dapat diberikan oleh TPQ Roudlotul Jannah kepada masyarakat Dusun Nambang. Akan tetapi, pengabdi menemukan adanya pengelolaan manajemen kelas yang belum maksimal dan juga dari hasil pengamatan pengabdi, ditemukan bahwa cara atau metode pengajaran para pengajar kurang maksimal. Kekurangan tersebut terkait metode pendekatan pendidik kepada peserta didik. Pada dasarnya, cara pengajar dalam melakukan pendekatan kepada peserta didik itu penting dilakukan guna menunjang keberhasilan dalam penyampaian materi dan juga tujuan yang indin dicapai lembaga. Melihat kanyataan seperti ini, pengabdi berinisiatif untuk melaksanakan program dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan mendidik dan manajemen pengelolaan kelas. Program tersebut terimplementasikan dalam wujud seminar yang ditujukan untuk pengajar di TPQ Roudlotul Muhajirin. Dengan adanya program yang diinisiasi oleh pengabdi, diharapkan proses pengajaran di TPQ akan berjalan maksimal dan terorganisir dengan baik, sehingga hal ini akan memberikan kebermanfaatan yang lebih terhadap Dusun Nambang.

InEJ will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. InEJ will only communicate with the corresponding author.

Being an open accessed journal and disseminating articles for free under the Creative Commons license term mentioned, author(s) aware that InEJ entitles the author(s) to no royalties or other fees.
7. Miscellaneous
