PEMBERDAYAAN PETANI KOPI MELALUI OPTIMALISASI PENGOLAHAN HASIL KOPI DI DESA WONODADI, PLANTUNGAN, KABUPATEN KENDAL

Desa Wonodadi, yang terletak di kecamatan Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal, termasuk dalam kategori daerah dataran tinggi dengan ketinggian tempat rata-rata 700 meter di atas permukaan laut dan didominasi oleh daerah perbukitan dan pegunungan. Salah satu sumber utama dukungan ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat adalah sektor perkebunan kopi. Berdasarkan hasil assessment lapangan mengenai pengolahan hasil produksi kopi yang optimal, ditemukan bahwa masyarakat belum sepenuhnya menerapkan metode pengolahan optimal, yang mengakibatkan potensi peningkatan pendapatan petani dan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara keseluruhan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, solusi potensial termasuk fokus pada profesi mayoritas penduduk setempat sebagai petani kopi, memberikan pelatihan dan dukungan dalam produksi dan pemasaran kopi yang optimal, dan mengatasi hambatan umum seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dalam panen dan pengemasan yang tepat. Selain itu, dengan memberdayakan petani untuk memproduksi kopi siap minum dengan kualitas yang baik, program pelayanan masyarakat dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan kopi di Desa Wonodadi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.References
