Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah lansia di Indonesia menghadirkan tantangan serius dalam pemenuhan kesejahteraan psikososial, khususnya pada lansia yang tinggal di panti sosial dan rentan mengalami kesepian serta penurunan interaksi sosial. Kondisi ini memerlukan intervensi nonfarmakologis yang komprehensif dan aplikatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis lansia melalui model intervensi terpadu yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan empati, art therapy, dan aktivitas berkebun. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 15 Januari 2026 di UPT PSTW Jember dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi observasional deskriptif terhadap 20 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan sebagian besar peserta terlibat aktif, mengalami peningkatan ekspresi emosi positif, keterbukaan interaksi, serta antusiasme dalam aktivitas kelompok. Kegiatan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan layanan kesejahteraan lansia melalui integrasi intervensi psikososial berbasis aktivitas kreatif dan terapi alam dalam program pembinaan panti sosial, serta berkontribusi pada penguatan model layanan promotif-preventif yang humanis dan berkelanjutan.
