PENGUATAN LITERASI DIGITAL DAN PEMBUATAN TOKO ONLINE (ONLINE SHOP) UNTUK PROMOSI PRODUK USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM)DI DESA TUK KABUPATEN CIREBON
Abstract
Kecakapan dalam literasi digital merupakan kebutuhan pokok di era revolusi industry 4.0. Warga negara yang memiliki kecakapan literasi digital tidak hanya mampu mengoperasikan produk-produk digital, tetapi juga mampu memahami hak dan kewajiban dalam pemanfsaatan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan teknologi. Dengan demikian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pelatihan literasi kepada para pegiat Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dan pembuatan Online Shop dengan tujuan agar para pegiat usaha ini dapat mempromosikan produk UMKM di Marketplace atau media social, dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang literasi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di desa Tuk kecamatan Kedawung kabupaten Cirebon, yang merupakan salah satu sentra UMKM Emping Melinjo terbesar di Cirebon. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan atau open education dengan didampingi oleh ahli/pakar. Pelatihan terdiri dari dua tahapan kegiatan, yaitu; pertama, pelatihan secara offline dengan materi literasi digital dan prospek digital marketing untuk UMKM. Kedua,Sharing session melalui Whatsapp group berkaitan dengan step by step pembuatan online shop di marketplace Lazada, Shopee dan Whatsapp Busines. Hasil kegiatan yang terasa secara langsung oleh para peserta adalah telah berdirinya online shop milik para pegiat UMKM di Lazada, Shopee dan media social lainnya.
