Narasi Digital Pekerja Migran Perempuan Ntt Dan Jejaring Dukungan Daring

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana pekerja migran perempuan asal Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) membangun narasi digital dan jejaring dukungan daring melalui platform Facebook dan Instagram. Berangkat dari pendekatan kajian literatur yang diperkaya dengan wawancara daring terhadap delapan pekerja migran perempuan di Hong Kong, Malaysia, dan Singapura, artikel ini menyoroti bagaimana ruang digital menjadi arena artikulasi identitas, pengalaman, dan resistensi terhadap struktur ketimpangan gender dan ekonomi global. Analisis menggunakan teori kritis (Habermas, Horkheimer) dan poststruktural (Foucault, Butler, Derrida) menunjukkan bahwa praktik komunikasi digital para pekerja migran perempuan tidak sekadar ekspresi pribadi, tetapi juga bentuk produksi pengetahuan dan perlawanan simbolik terhadap relasi kekuasaan patriarkal, negara, dan kapitalisme migrasi. Narasi digital mereka menghadirkan “ruang kesadaran” baru di mana solidaritas, trauma, dan pengalaman ketertindasan diartikulasikan secara kolektif. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya membaca media sosial sebagai arena politik emansipasi, bukan hanya medium hiburan atau curahan emosi personal.
